Suhlendorf er en kommune i den østlige del af Landkreis Uelzen, på kanten af Wendland og Drawehn, Niedersachsen.
Suhlendorf ligger i Lüneburger Heide og er et undercenter i Østkreis Uelzen. Suhlendorf tilhører Uelzener Becken samt Ilmenauniederung og ligger umiddelbart på kanten af Drawehn. Sydvest for Suhlendorf udspringer Wipperau, en biflod til Ilmenau. Byen ligger direkte ved hovedvejen B71, mellem Uelzen og Salzwedel. Hansestaden Uelzen ligger cirka 16 kilometer væk. Til Salzwedel er der cirka 30 kilometer, og til hovedbyen Lüchow er der cirka 31 kilometer. Den nærmeste station ligger cirka fem kilometer væk med togforbindelser til Uelzen, Salzwedel, Stendal og Berlin. Kommunen Suhlendorf tilhører Samtgemeinde Rosche.
