Sieg er en 155,2 km lang højre biflod til Rhinen i Nordrhein-Westfalen og Rheinland-Pfalz. Den udspringer i Rothaargebirge og munder ud i Rhinen mellem Bonn og Niederkassel.
Den er en silikatsk middelhavsflod. Den gennemsnitlige hældning af floden, målt mellem Eitorf og Betzdorf, er 0,15 %. Indlandsområdet for Sieg dækker 2.856,9 km², og den gennemsnitlige afstrømning er ca. 53 m³/s ved udmundingen.
