Brasserie Inter-Pol ist eine belgische Brauerei in Mont, einem Stadtteil von Houffalize in der Provinz Luxemburg. Pol Ghekiere und seine Frau Tine kauften 1999 eine alte Schmiede, deren ältester Teil aus dem Jahr 1710 stammt, und bauten sie zu einem Bed & Breakfast um. Fünf Jahre später begann Pol auch als niederländischsprachiger Führer in der nahegelegenen Brauerei von Achouffe zu arbeiten. Er begann, sich mit dem Brauprozess zu beschäftigen und in der Küche zu experimentieren. Hinter dem Gästehaus in der originalen Schmiede wurde ein neuer Raum umgebaut, der aus zwei Teilen bestand: einem Degustationsraum und einer kleinen Brauerei mit einer Braukapazität von 70 Litern pro Charge. Ab 2010 wurde die Brauerei offiziell in Betrieb genommen und seitdem werden dort zwei feste Biere gebraut, Zwarte Pol und Witte Pol.
