Borgen Knesebeck var en middelalderlig lavlandsborg, hvis rester i dag ligger i udkanten af Wittinger bydel Knesebeck i Gifhorn distrikt i Niedersachsen.
Borgen, der første gang blev nævnt i et dokument i 1296 som Castro Knesbeke, var stamhuset for den sorte stamme af adelsfamilien von dem Knesebeck. Som adelsresidens havde den en regional betydning indtil omkring år 1400 og blev senere sæde for et hertugligt embede. Dens forsvarsværdi vurderes som relativt lav. Væsentlige rester af borgen er en murrest og det tidligere embedsbolig, der længe har fungeret som skovforvaltning og siden en omfattende renovering i 2009 har fungeret som konferencested.
