La Bibliothèque Publique Provinciale de Jaén, également appelée Maison de la Culture, est une bibliothèque qui fonctionne pour toute la province de Jaén, et située dans la ville de Jaén, en tant que capitale provinciale. L'institution a été créée par un Ordre Royal du 7 août 1895, dans lequel sa gestion était confiée au Corps Facultatif des Archivistes, Bibliothécaires et Antiquaires ;[1] à l'heure actuelle, elle fait partie intégrante du Système Andalou des Bibliothèques et du Système Espagnol des Bibliothèques.
