Saint-Pol-de-Léon ist eine französische Gemeinde im Département Finistère in der Bretagne. Ihre 6709 Einwohner nennen sich Saintpolitains. Saint-Pol-de-Léon ist Hauptort des gleichnamigen Kantons Saint-Pol-de-Léon.Auf die See ausgerichtet besitzt Saint-Pol-de-Léon bedeutende Zeugnisse der sakralen Baukunst. Als Bischofssitz bis zur Französischen Revolution hat sie eine Kathedrale aus dem 13. Jahrhundert und zudem eine Kirche, deren fast 80 m hoher Turm der höchste der Bretagne ist. Als „Hauptstadt des Gemüseanbaus“ exportiert sie jedes Jahr Tausende Tonnen verschiedener Gemüsesorten nach ganz Europa.
