El Palacio de Accursio es un palacio que se encuentra en la Piazza Maggiore de Bolonia, Italia. Actualmente es la sede del municipio de Bolonia.
Es un conjunto de edificios que se unieron a lo largo de los siglos, pero que al inicio fueron el hogar de Francesco Accursio, jurista y maestro de derecho en el Estudio Boloñés. Sólo en 1336 se convirtió en residencia de los Ancianos, la máxima magistratura del municipio y sede por lo tanto del gobierno de la ciudad. En el siglo XV fue reestructurado por Fioravante Fioravanti que une entre otros el reloj de la Torre d'Accursio. Otras reestructuraciones arquitectónicas se llevaron a cabo a comienzos del siglo XVI después de la caída de los Bentivoglio.
