In de omgeving van de voormalige abdij van Eversam plantte het Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos in 1994 het Eversambos aan als een gevarieerd loofbos met mooie struikranden en zonnige paden. In combinatie met de historische site van Eversam, vormt het bos een prachtig stukje natuur om van te genieten. Doordat het bos werd aangeplant op zware kleigrond, kan het er na regenperiodes ook vaak flink nat zijn en vinden ook waterminnende planten hier hun stek. Het bos is momenteel 38ha groot.
