El Palau del duc de Sessa és un palau academicista i barroc del municipi de Barcelona protegit com a bé cultural d'interès local. Ubicat al districte de Ciutat Vella, el Palau Sessa o Larrard es troba en l'extrem nord-est de l'illa de cases delimitada pels Carrers Ample, de la Plata, de la Mercè i de Simó Oller. Disposa de tres façanes afrontades als tres primers carrers, i fa mitgera amb la parcel·la veïna. L'accés principal es produeix des del carrer Ample.
