Het Palau van de hertog van Sessa is een academisch en barok paleis in de gemeente Barcelona, beschermd als een cultureel goed van lokaal belang. Gelegen in de wijk Ciutat Vella, bevindt het Palau Sessa of Larrard zich aan de noord-oostkant van het huizenblok, begrensd door de straten Ample, de la Plata, de la Mercè en de Simó Oller. Het heeft drie gevels die aan de eerste drie straten zijn gericht en maakt een gemene muur met het aangrenzende perceel. De hoofdtoegang is vanuit de straat Ample.
