Le Palais du duc de Sessa est un palais academiciste et baroque de la municipalité de Barcelone protégé en tant que bien culturel d'intérêt local. Situé dans le quartier de Ciutat Vella, le Palais Sessa ou Larrard se trouve à l'extrémité nord-est de l'îlot de maisons délimité par les rues Ample, de la Plata, de la Mercè et de Simó Oller. Il dispose de trois façades donnant sur les trois premières rues et fait mitoyen avec la parcelle voisine. L'accès principal se fait par la rue Ample.
