El Palau Mayorazgo està situat al centre històric i monumental d'Arcos de la Frontera. És un edifici de caràcter noble i burgès que actualment s'utilitza com a centre d'exposicions. La seva construcció es remunta al segle XVII.
L'edifici acull ara el departament municipal de cultura i els seus diferents espais estan dedicats a exposicions temporals o permanents, com la "Sala de la molinera y el magistrado" i la "Sala d'Antonio el ballarí", el "Racó de poetes i escriptors". " o la "sala Fundació Víctor Marín".
A la part baixa hi ha la Galeria Municipal d'Art i el Jardí Andalús.
