El Palacio de Mayorazgo está situado en el centro histórico y monumental de Arcos de la Frontera. Es un edificio de carácter noble y burgués que actualmente se utiliza como centro de exposiciones. Su construcción data del siglo XVII.
El edificio alberga ahora la Secretaría Municipal de Cultura y los distintos espacios están dedicados a exposiciones temporales o permanentes, como la "Sala de la Mujer del Molinero y del Magistrado" y la "Sala de Antonio el Bailarín", la "Poetas y escritores esquina" o la "Sala de la Fundación Víctor Marín".
En la parte baja se encuentran la Pinacoteca Municipal y el Jardín Andaluz.
