Het Mayorazgo Palace ligt in het historische en monumentale centrum van Arcos de la Frontera. Het is een gebouw met een nobel en burgerlijk karakter dat momenteel wordt gebruikt als tentoonstellingscentrum. De bouw ervan dateert uit de 17e eeuw.
In het gebouw is nu de gemeentelijke dienst voor cultuur gevestigd en de verschillende ruimtes zijn gewijd aan tijdelijke of permanente tentoonstellingen, zoals de "Kamer van de vrouw van de molenaar en de magistraat" en de "Kamer van Antonio de danser", de "Dichters en schrijvers hoek" of de "Victor Marín Foundation kamer".
In het onderste gedeelte bevinden zich de Gemeentelijke Kunstgalerie en de Andalusische Tuin.
