Hovedbanegården i Klagenfurt er en gennemgangsstation i byen Klagenfurt i den østrigske delstat Kärnten og tæller med op til 190 tog per dag blandt de vigtigste trafikknudepunkter i det sydlige Østrig. I 1863 blev Klagenfurt tilsluttet Südbahn, og en central station Klagenfurt-St. Ruprecht blev opført. Dengang skulle Klagenfurt blive centrum for jernbanerne i Kärnten, men de daværende byfædre i Klagenfurt afviste dette, så i dag indtager Villach Hovedbanegård denne stilling.
