Den mest iøjnefaldende bygning er den gotiske Vor Frue-kirke, som blev bygget fra 1240 til 1544, og hvor den kendte statue af Vor Frue med Barnet fra 1476 kan beundres. Den massive guldbronzelæsestol fra 1372 må naturligvis også være der, ved siden af utallige andre kunstværker fra det 13. til det 19. århundrede. I kirken udføres der arkæologiske udgravninger, som du kan se under de normale åbningstider fra en turistbrygge. Ved siden af kirken blev et romersk tårn fra det 4. århundrede afdækket.
