The most striking building is the Gothic Basilica of Our Lady, which was constructed from 1240 to 1544 and where the famous statue of Our Lady with Child from 1476 can be admired. The massive yellow-brass lectern from 1372 is also present, alongside countless other works of art from the 13th to the 19th century. Archaeological excavations are being conducted in the church that can be viewed from a tourist platform during regular opening hours. Next to the church, a Roman tower from the 4th century has been uncovered.
