Sint-Goriks Eiland var den største ø i Senne i Bruxelles, Belgien. Den blev opkaldt efter Sankt Gaugericus af Cambrai, som der omkring år 580 byggede et kapel; deraf navnet "Bruxelles", som stammer fra Bruocsella eller Broekzele, hvilket betyder "bosættelse i marsken". Det eksisterer ikke længere som en ø, da Senne blev dækket i slutningen af det 19. århundrede.
Den østligste kant af Sint-Goriks Eiland lå mere eller mindre lige over for den nuværende Boulevard Anspach, fra Place de la Bourse/Beursplein og den tidligere bygning af Bruxelles Børs. Øen var groft sagt rund, og centreret omkring de nuværende Halles Saint-Géry/Sint-Gorikshallen, en tidligere overdækket marked og et af de mest trendy kvarterer i hovedstaden. Mange gader og bygninger i området bærer stadig navnet "Sint-Goriks/Saint-Géry".
