Sint-Goriks Eiland was het grootste eiland in de Senne in Brussel, België. Het was genoemd naar Sint Gaugericus van Cambrai, die daar rond 580 een kapel bouwde; vandaar de naam "Brussel", die afkomstig is van Bruocsella of Broekzele, wat "nederzetting in het moeras" betekent. Het bestaand niet meer als een eiland toen de Senne in de late 19e eeuw werd bedekt.
De oostelijkste rand van Sint-Goriks Eiland lag min of meer recht tegenover de huidige Boulevard Anspach, vanaf de Place de la Bourse/Beursplein en het voormalige gebouw van de Brusselse Beurs. Het eiland was ruwweg rond, en gecentreerd rond de huidige Halles Saint-Géry/Sint-Gorikshallen, een voormalige overdekte markt en een van de trendiest wijken van de hoofdstad. Veel straten en gebouwen in de omgeving dragen nog steeds de naam "Sint-Goriks/Saint-Géry".
