Die Saint-Géry-Insel oder Sint-Goriks-Insel war die größte Insel im Fluss Senne in Brüssel, Belgien. Sie wurde nach dem heiligen Gaugericus von Cambrai benannt, der dort um 580 eine Kapelle erbauen ließ; hence der Name "Brüssel", der von Bruocsella oder Broekzele kommt, was "Siedlung im Moor" bedeutet. Sie hörte auf, als Insel zu existieren, als die Senne Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts überdeckt wurde.
Der östlichste Rand der Saint-Géry-Insel lag mehr oder weniger direkt westlich gegenüber dem heutigen Boulevard Anspach von der Place de la Bourse/Beursplein und dem ehemaligen Gebäude der Brüsseler Börse. Die Insel war ungefähr rund und zentrierte sich um die heutigen Halles Saint-Géry/Sint-Gorikshallen, einem ehemaligen überdachten Markt und einem der angesagtesten Stadtteile der Hauptstadt. Viele Straßen und Gebäude in der Umgebung tragen nach wie vor den Namen "Saint-Géry/Sint-Goriks".
