Det geografiske center af Belgien ligger i Nil-Saint-Vincent, en sogn i kommunen Walhain, i provinsen Brabant Wallon. I 1989 genberegnede det nationale geografiske institut det geografiske center af Belgien. Det blev først givet til kommunen Itter, men tog ikke hensyn til tilføjelsen af de østlige kantoner efter Versailles-traktaten i 1919. Et lille monument, indviet den 22. august 1998, omtaler den historiske kontekst (på hollandsk, fransk og tysk) og angiver den præcise placering: 50° 38' 28 » N, 04° 40' 05 » E
