El centro geográfico de Bélgica está situado en Nil-Saint-Vincent, una parroquia del municipio de Walhain, en la provincia de Brabante Valón. En 1989, el Instituto Geográfico Nacional recalculó el centro geográfico de Bélgica. Inicialmente se asignó a la comuna de Itter, pero no tuvo en cuenta la incorporación de los Cantones del Este tras el tratado de Versalles en 1919. Un pequeño monumento, inaugurado el 22 de agosto de 1998, menciona el contexto histórico (en neerlandés, francés y alemán) e indica la ubicación exacta: 50° 38' 28" N, 04° 40' 05" E
