Loppem er en landsby i den belgiske provins Vestflandern. Landsbyen har siden 1977 været en delkommune af Zedelgem.
Et gammelt omtale af navnet Lophem findes allerede i et dokument fra 1108. I oktober 1918, under befrielsen efter Første Verdenskrig, bosatte kong Albert I sig på slottet i Loppem. Den 21. november 1918 grundlagde han 'regeringen i Loppem', den første regering hvor socialister, liberale og katolikker sad sammen. Under den Attende Dages Felttog opholdt kong Leopold III sig også på det Hvide Slot.
