Bekkerzeel er en delkommune i den flamske kommune Asse i Pajottenland. Bekkerzeel var en selvstændig kommune indtil kommunereformen i 1977. Bekkerzeel lå i den karolingiske tid i Brabant og senere, indtil slutningen af det 18. århundrede, i kvartalet Bruxelles i Hertugdømmet Brabant, i det Hellige Romerske Rige. På præstegården i Bekkerzeel blev i 1789 kommandoen over hæren fra De Forenede Nederlande overdraget til general Jan Andries vander Mersch.
