Ortho er en gammel landsby, som har spillet en vigtig rolle i området i lang tid. Den firkantede kirkespir fra 1671 skiller sig ud selv om natten takket være sin belysning. I forfald i 1901 blev den genopbygget i 1908. Kirkens omgivelser er meget behagelige. Det hvidkalkede interiør har nogle gotiske fontener fra det 14. århundrede samt flere statuer og statuetter af helgener. Korets glasvindue skildrer sognets beskyttere, Sainte Anne og Saint Rémy.
