Malkvæg og landbrug er virksomhedens hovedaktiviteter. Allerede fra bedstemors tid har familien Fleurbaey lavet smør og kærnemælk på den forældregård i Sint-Jan. I 2003 blev det besluttet at udvide denne gren med flødeost og yoghurt. Snart kom der også pudding og chokolade mousse til. Siden april 2012 er der også blevet lavet gård-is. Der sælges også kartofler hele året rundt.
