Melkvee en akkerbouw vormen de hoofdactiviteiten van het bedrijf. Reeds uit grootvaders tijd maakt de familie Fleurbaey boter en karnemelk op de ouderlijke hoeve in Sint-Jan. In 2003 werd er beslist om deze tak verder uit te bouwen met platte kaas en yoghurt. Algauw kwamen er nog pudding en chocomousse bij. Sinds april 2012 wordt er ook hoeve-ijs gemaakt. Ook worden er het hele jaar door aardappelen verkocht.
