Milchviehhaltung und Ackerbau bilden die Hauptaktivitäten des Unternehmens. Bereits seit der Zeit des Großvaters stellt die Familie Fleurbaey Butter und Buttermilch auf dem elterlichen Hof in Sint-Jan her. Im Jahr 2003 wurde beschlossen, diese Sparte mit Schnittkäse und Joghurt weiter auszubauen. Bald kamen auch Pudding und Schokoladenmousse hinzu. Seit April 2012 wird auch Hofeis hergestellt. Außerdem werden das ganze Jahr über Kartoffeln verkauft.
