L’élevage de vaches laitières et l’agriculture sont les principales activités de la ferme. Depuis l’époque de son grand-père, la famille Fleurbaey fabrique du beurre et du babeurre dans la ferme de leurs parents à Saint-Jean. En 2003, il a été décidé d’étendre cette branche avec du fromage blanc et du yaourt. Du pudding et de la mousse au chocolat ont rapidement été ajoutés. Depuis avril 2012, des glaces fermières sont également fabriquées. Les pommes de terre sont également vendues toute l’année.
