La ganadería de vacas lecheras y la agricultura son las principales actividades de la empresa. Desde la época de los abuelos, la familia Fleurbaey elabora mantequilla y suero de leche en la granja ancestral en Sint-Jan. En 2003, se decidió ampliar esta rama con queso blando y yogur. Pronto se añadieron también pudín y mousse de chocolate. Desde abril de 2012, también se produce helado de granja. Además, se venden patatas durante todo el año.
