Parkbosbroen E40 er en af de to parkbosbroer. Parkbosbroerne indgår i realiseringen af projektet 'Parkbos'. Det handler om to cykel- og gangbroer. Disse er placeret over Ringvejen/R4 og over E40. Broerne udgør et nødvendigt led i skabelsen af en langsommelig trafikforbindelse på den gamle jernbanetrace mellem byen Gent på den ene side og grønområdet Parkbos samt boligområderne syd for Gent på den anden side.
