I den Antwerpensiske Hofstraat tæt på Grote Markt ligger huset Den Rhyn. De 19. århundredes facader langs gaden giver ikke indtryk af, at der bag dem ligger en bygning fra det 16. århundrede med en stemningsfuld indre gård. Denne bygning fra 1485 blev brugt til blandt andet handel med krydderier. Dette skete hovedsageligt i åbent luft. Bygningen betragtes som en forløber for børsbygningen og dermed af historisk betydning.
