Côte de Saint-Roch er en bakke i den belgiske provins Luxembourg. Kluyvningen i Houffalize begynder ved Tankmonumentet over Rue Saint-Roch og er især kendt fra cykelløbet Liège-Bastogne-Liège. Kluyvningen er i modsætning til de andre bakker i nærheden meget kort og ekstremt stejl med en maksimumgradient på 18%. Da kluyvningen ligger lige efter vendepunktet i Bastogne, træffes der sjældent en beslutning, men den bidrager til sværhedsgraden af den kuperede rute.
