Natur- og fuglereservatet i Ploegsteert er et naturområde ved Le Bizet i den henegoviske kommune Komen-Waasten.
Her blev der fra 1927 udvundet ler af familien De Bruyn til brug i murstensindustrien. Dette skabte søer. I 1970'erne besluttede firmaet at opretholde vandforvaltningen for at bevare biotopen. Om søerne blev der plantet titusindvis af træer. Det er et område, der især er vigtigt for vandfugle.
