Dette pumpe ligger ved krydset mellem Rue du Patronage og Rue du Presbytère i Bras La Basse. Af pumpeformen kan man tydeligt se, at den blev brugt til at tappe vand. Floden Lhomme flyder gennem Bras. Lhomme springer frem lidt længere oppe fra en højde af 160 meter. Lidt forbi Rochefort flyder den ind i Lesse på en højde af 150 meter.
Bras La Basse er (sammen med Haut La Basse) en delkommune af Libramont-Chevigny. Området er ret turistorienteret på grund af tilstedeværelsen af skovene i Saint-Hubert. Landet af hjorte, skove og legender, en obligatorisk destination for enhver naturferie. Det Store Skov i Saint-Hubert strækker sig over 100.000 ha, hvoraf mere end halvdelen er skovklædt! Skoven har udløbere i 10 kommuner: Daverdisse, Wellin, Tellin, Libin, Libramont-Chevigny, Saint-Hubert, Tenneville, Nassogne, Sainte-Ode og Bertogne.
