Questa pompa si trova all'incrocio tra Rue du Patronage e Rue du Presbytère a Bras La Basse. Dalla forma della pompa è evidente che servisse per drenare l'acqua. Il fiume Lhomme scorre attraverso Bras. Il Lhomme nasce poco più avanti a un'altitudine di 160 metri. Poco dopo Rochefort, sfocia nella Lesse a un'altitudine di 150 metri.
Bras La Basse è (insieme a Haut La Basse) una frazione di Libramont-Chevigny. L'area è piuttosto turistica grazie alla presenza delle foreste di Saint-Hubert. Terra di cervi, foreste e leggende, una meta obbligatoria per ogni vacanza nella natura. La Grande Foresta di Saint-Hubert si estende su 100.000 ettari, di cui oltre la metà boschivi! La foresta si estende su 10 comuni: Daverdisse, Wellin, Tellin, Libin, Libramont-Chevigny, Saint-Hubert, Tenneville, Nassogne, Sainte-Ode e Bertogne.
