Sankt Jakobskirken, viet til Jakob den Ældre, er sognekirken i den Antwerpenske by Borsbeek, beliggende på Jozef Reusenslei. Borsbeek var indtil 1264 afhængig af sognet i Deurne og blev derefter et selvstændigt sogn. Fra 1185 var patronatsretten i besiddelse af Ename Kloster, og i 1318 blev denne ret solgt til Sankt Michiels Kloster i Antwerpen. I det 15. århundrede blev kirken genopbygget: koret i 1485 og et tårn i 1524.
