L'église Saint-Jacques, dédiée à Jacques le Majeur, est l'église paroissiale de la localité anversoise de Borsbeek, située sur la Jozef Reusenslei. Borsbeek dépendait jusqu'en 1264 de la paroisse de Deurne et devint ensuite une paroisse indépendante. À partir de 1185, le droit de patronage était détenu par l'Abbaye d'Ename et en 1318 ce droit fut vendu à l'Abbaye Saint-Michel d'Anvers. Au 15e siècle, l'église fut reconstruite : le chœur en 1485 et une tour en 1524.
