Die Sint-Jakobskirche, geweiht Jakob dem Größeren, ist die Pfarrkirche des Antwerpener Ortes Borsbeek, gelegen an der Jozef Reusenslei. Borsbeek war bis 1264 von der Pfarrei Deurne abhängig und wurde anschließend eine selbständige Pfarrei. Ab 1185 war das Patronatsrecht im Besitz der Abtei von Ename und wurde 1318 an die Sint-Michielsabtei in Antwerpen verkauft. Im 15. Jahrhundert wurde die Kirche neu gebaut: der Chor 1485 und ein Turm 1524.
