La chiesa di San Giacomo, dedicata a Giacomo il Maggiore, è la chiesa parrocchiale del comune di Borsbeek, situato in Antwerp. Borsbeek era sotto la giurisdizione della parrocchia di Deurne fino al 1264, dopo di che divenne una parrocchia autonoma. Dal 1185 il diritto di patronato era in possesso dell'Abbazia di Ename e nel 1318 questo diritto fu venduto all'Abbazia di San Michele ad Antwerp. Nel XV secolo la chiesa fu ricostruita: il coro nel 1485 e una torre nel 1524.
