Den tidligere selvstændige landsby Petzow har siden 1. januar 1929 været en bydel af byen Werder i Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark i Brandenburg.
Landsbyen blev første gang nævnt skriftligt i 1419. Petzow tilhørte dengang hertugerne af Sachsen-Wittenberg. I 1437 blev landsbyen som len givet til cistercienserklosteret Lehnin. Gennem sekulariseringen blev landsbyen i 1542 et embedslandsby under embedet Lehnin, samtidig kom landsbyen i brandenburgsk eje.
