Ehmken Hoff er en gruppe af translokaliserede bygninger i kommunen Dörverden i Niedersachsen. Den navngivne gård er et historisk landhus, der oprindeligt stod i Sympher Alle i Dörverden.
Huset dokumenterer overgangen fra de nedertyske hallenhuse "fra det overvejende anvendte kvæghus fra senmiddelalderen med stadig omgivende kummer, gennem nødvendige udvidelser og økonomisk genopretning efter trediveårskrigen til det repræsentative landhus".
