L'Ehmken Hoff è un gruppo di edifici traslocati nel comune di Dörverden, in Bassa Sassonia. La fattoria che dà il nome è una storica casa contadina, che si trovava originariamente in Sympher Allee a Dörverden.
La casa documenta il cambiamento delle case a graticcio bassa tedesche "dalla stalla per animali utilizzata prevalentemente nel tardo Medioevo con un corridoio ancora presente, attraverso le necessarie espansioni e il recupero economico dopo la guerra dei Trent'anni, fino alla casa contadina rappresentativa".
