Le Ehmken Hoff est un groupe de bâtiments re-localisés dans la commune de Dörverden en Basse-Saxe. La ferme qui donne son nom est une maison paysanne historique, qui se trouvait à l'origine dans l'Allée Sympher à Dörverden.
La maison documente l'évolution des halles néerlandaises « du bâtiment principalement utilisé comme étable à la fin du Moyen Âge avec encore un cycle de construction en cour, à l'extension nécessaire et à la reprise économique après la guerre de Trente Ans, jusqu'à la maison paysanne représentative ».
