Ahse er en 50 km lang, venstre og sydlig biflod til Lippe i Nordrhein-Westfalen. Den flyder i Soester Börde i kommunerne Bad Sassendorf, Lippetal, Welver og byen Hamm, hvor den munder ud i Lippe.
Navnet „Ahse“, oprindeligt overleveret som „Orsna“ eller „Arsene“, står i forbindelse med et rekonstrueret urgermansk ord arsa, der har betydningen „bageste del“. Om dette ord direkte skal anvendes for floden, eller om det er en billedlig overførsel, fx som højdemark, forbliver uklart.
