Det tyske Sielhafenmuseum Carolinensiel er et museum i bydelen Carolinensiel i Wittmund. Det blev åbnet den 8. juni 1984 og passes af museumsforbundet Ostfriesland.
Den 5. august 1978 opfordrede direktøren for Schifffahrtsmuseum Bremerhaven, Gert Schlechtriem, til oprettelsen af museet, hvilket førte til grundlæggelsen af støttekredsen for Sielhafenmuseum Carolinensiel. Den første formand for støttekredsen blev Ferich Eilts, som efterfølgende arbejdede for erhvervelsen af udstoppede genstande.
