Das Deutsche Sielhafenmuseum Carolinensiel ist ein Museum im Wittmunder Stadtteil Carolinensiel. Es wurde am 8. Juni 1984 eröffnet und wird vom Museumsverbund Ostfriesland gehütet.
Am 5. August 1978 regte der Direktor des Schifffahrtsmuseums Bremerhaven Gert Schlechtriem die Schaffung des Museums an, was zur Gründung des Förderkreises Sielhafenmuseum Carolinensiel führte. Der erste Vorsitzende des Förderkreises wurde Ferich Eilts, der sich in der Folgezeit um den Erwerb von Exponaten bemühte.
