Maria ad Gradus-kirken var en til Guds Moder viet kirke i den tyske by Mainz og lå lige øst for Mainz Katedralen. I folkemunde blev kirken kaldt "Vor Frue", suppleret med ordene zu den Greden eller zu den Staffeln, fordi en høj trappe fra kirkens østlige portal førte til et dybere område ved Rhinens bred, kaldet Fiskerporten.
