Den første nævnte indvielse af 'Liboriuskapelle' er noteret i 1680. Den tilhørte den underliggende kloster (Einsiedelei) og blev i 1901 erstattet af en anden bygning. Denne blev ødelagt i 1944/45. Den nuværende kapel blev bygget i 1951. Herfra har man udsigt til klosteret 'Echternach', som fra 698 til 1795 var det åndelige og økonomiske centrum i regionen.
