Knockster Tief er et delvist naturligt, delvist kunstigt skabt vandløb i Landkreis Aurich og byen Emden i Ostfriesland. Mindre floder og kanaler kaldes ofte Tief i regionen. Det er opkaldt efter landstrækningen Knock ved det vestligste punkt af Emden og dermed det sydvestligste punkt på den ostfrisiske halvø. Ved den nærliggende sluse og pumpestation Knock ligger indgangen til Ems. Knockster Tief er hovedafløbet for store dele af det sydvestlige Ostfriesland. Sammen med sine bifloder dræner det helt eller for det meste kommunerne Emden, Hinte, Krummhörn, Südbrookmerland og Samtgemeinde Brookmerland, samt bydelen Leybuchtpolder i byen Norden og mindre dele af byen Aurich og kommunen Ihlow.
